Providing support for a healthy and safe return to work

Your union has worked collaboratively with the other unions in the Community Bargaining Association (CBA) and with employers to develop a joint Enhanced Disability Management Program (EDMP).  EDMP is designed to assist you when you are absent from work or struggling at work due to an occupational or non-occupational illness or injury.

Community Health Disability Management (CHDM) and the CHDM team is your union representation in the Enhanced Disability Management Program.

EDMP has been negotiated by your union and employer and forms part of your collective agreement.

If you are a Community Health member, under the Health Services and Support Community Subsector collective agreement, and have questions about EDMP, this website contains valuable information and resources for you.
